Subscriptions Administrator (permanent self-employed contract) – Moseley Park & Pool

Hours – circa 8 weekly

Hourly rate – £12 p/h

Start date – Immediate

The role of the Park Administrator is to work with the Park’s new online subscription system to ensure the system is used to its optimum potential within GDPR guidelines.

The tasks of the Park Administrator will include but will not be limited to:

  • Data administration including data input, registering of Park “fobs”, data cleansing and analysis of data to ensure accuracy and follow up where required.

Essential skills, qualities and experience:

  • Previous experience of working with Access databases
  • Competent at using Excel
  • Experience of working within an administrative role
  • Experience of maintaining records
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great organisational skills and an eye for detail
