Moseley Park and Pool Trust
Applications for New Trustees
The Board of Moseley Park and Pool Trust is planning a major long term renovation/development programme from 2020 onwards and is seeking two new trustees to strengthen the Board.
Applications are invited from interested persons, preferably with expertise/experience in either of the following broad areas, in addition having to a commitment to the general responsibilities of being a volunteer trustee of a local charitable Trust.
1. Business enterprise / marketing and communications / fundraising (corporate and other).
2. Civil engineering / landscape design and engineering / groundworks / construction / estate planning and management.
As a Trust responsible for a community park, the Board is committed to diversity and welcomes applications from all sections of the community; as well as having sufficient time to contribute to the work of the Board, some availability during the day to meet and work with contractors and suppliers would be an advantage.
A letter of application, detailing your interests in the Park, particular area(s) of expertise, any previous experience of working with charities, and any other transferable skills you could bring to the role of a trustee, together with a brief CV, should be submitted to the Chair of the Board, Prof Trevor Hocking by email (email@example.com) by Sunday 22 December.
